1. Return Shipping Process

Returning an item is simple! 

  1. All return requests must be submitted before the end of the 30‑day. Requests received after the deadline will not be processed.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that, once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

3. Return Fees

Our return process is completely free of charge. Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we’ll guide you through each step at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process days & fees

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Refund fees: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. No additional fee is deducted.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t process your refund after 10 days:

Check your bank or card issuer.

Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nexasho.com. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us assess the situation.

We’ll either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item or have changed your mind, simply request an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as processing hasn’t started. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
